The 10th Pama Fire Rescue Challenge (PFRC) 2025 officially opened at PAMA CCOS, Cileungsi, Bogor, marking a decade of dedication to improving emergency response capabilities in Indonesia’s mining industry. The event, hosted by PT Pamapersada Nusantara, gathered 23 teams from PAMA units and affiliated companies, each competing in high-intensity rescue challenges designed to test skill, teamwork, and readiness.

This year’s PFRC introduced a new Underwater Rescue Facility, featuring two training pools at depths of 2 and 5 meters. The addition enhances realism in rescue simulations, particularly for incidents occurring in aquatic or flooded environments. Teams competed in six major categories ranging from Firefighter Competency Tests to Surface Water Rescue Challenges, demonstrating technical expertise and physical endurance.
